Just Eyeball It! Ep 1. If It Tastes Like Chicken…


This is the first episode of my new cooking show, Just Eyeball It! Here’s a straightforward way to cook this: 1. Take boneless chicken filets, and cut them through the centre so that they’ll be thinner and cook faster. 2. Cover them in Oil, Paprika, Rosemary, salt (optional), and Oregano ( also optional: I’m not sure if it actually does anything)… it should look orange, and if you can coat it evenly, then awesome! 3. put it in a pan, heat it up, and cook it like you would any other food that’s littered with salmonella! 4. The potatoes are really just cut up with the skins on them (that’s where all the vitamins are!) and put in the deep fryer. They should be cut to about the thickness of french fries… 5. Broccoli gets steamed for about 3-4 minutes usually. 6. Gravy = juices from the meat + flour or corn starch + water +intuition. Experiment. When in doubt, take it slow.
