How to make polenta

This is Italian week at my house. So I have been cooking Italian food. I have a leftover meatloaf, and thought it’d be great to have it with polenta. So voila… here is a video for how to make polenta. Like everything I do, its very easy and also healthy. Not to mention it pairs very well with meatloaf, as it would with other dish like chicken, fish, etc.
