Cookng Farfar
I couldn’t find any videos online when I bought this – so here’s one. I’ll do a better one in the future probably – I didn’t want to get oil on my good camera. It’s farfar, an Indian snack food I bought in an asian supermarket because it was colourful and cheap. Turns out they’re delicious, especially with a little salt on top. You cook them by deep frying them for about 5-10 seconds. The oil should be around 200 celsius.
