Breakfast for Champs! (Gluten-Free)
INGREDIENTS 1 banana 1 apple 1 nectarine 1 cup of strawberries and blueberries 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup shredded coconut 2 tsp cinnamon 1.5 cups hot cereal 2 cups vanilla rice milk 1.5 cups water Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat to low-med and let simmer for 7-15min until desired consistency. Stir constantly.
