The Recipe is on the Box! – Pozole Stew

I’ve been cooking for myself for over 30 years, and generally I stick to a few staples. But I’m trying to branch out and it turns out there are lots of recipes right on the packaging, so all you have to do is what it says on the box. So here is a video about Pozole Stew, based on a recipe on the jar of stew starter from Williams Sonoma. I forgot a few things on the video. I used a little bit of chicken stock in place of some water when making the rice. And I completely forgot the fresh cilantro I was supposed to put on the stew at the end. So, you know, do that.
