The Ivory Tower Restaurant, in the heart of Cork City Centre, Ireland, offers an “alternative” fine dining experience. Run by chef Seamus O’Connell, this intimate first floor dining room places the emphasis on innovative, playful and fusion cuisine. The menu often features several fish and game options, while Sushi and Japanese classics are also offered. During the summer a taster menu of the finest Irish cuisine is also available. The restaurant is located on the corner of Princes Street and Oliver Plunkett Street. It is open from Thurs to Sun, evenings only.
