That thing that looked like wild lettuce in my backyard plantation was burnweed- a flammable but toxic lookalike. Get a close look because that can kill you in big doses. The second plant was CREEPING CUCUMBER and the fruits are only edible when perfectly green. Otherwise they are a powerful laxative and will whoop your ass if any yellowing or black fruit is ingested. GREEN ONLY! young and firm! This is the mother of all laxatives and will straight-up down a horse with one black fruit. Be glad but beware too.
