Fluffy Cupcakes


How to make Fluffy Cupcakes: Ingredients: (For 12) 3oz Butter 3oz Caster Sugar 1 egg 2 table spoons Milk 4oz Self-rising flour Butter cream icing: 35g soft margarine 4oz Icing sugar 1 and a half tspn Milk – Cream butter and sugar together till light and fluffy, – Gradually beat in egg and milk mixture – Fold in flour – Place in oven at 190 ‘C for 15mins. (for fan assisted ovens use 180′C) [My first attempt at video making using sony vegas)
