This all Island competition will be offering a ‘could be’ chef a LIFE CHANGING opportunity. You will win the 12 week ballymaloe course-yes the very one that Rachel Allen and Clodagh Mckenna did worth 12000 euro, uniforms, knife sets, accommodation while you train PLUS 2 weeks with Cully and Sully to learn the foodie business so you can go into selling your own products!
