We were inspired by the microwavable chocolate mug cake that we’ve modified the recipe and adapted it to solar cooking. We really like the idea of using a mug to mix the ingredients in and then baking right in it. It definitely won’t be a 2 to 5 minute mug cake, but the texture & flavor is worth the wait.
